United States Shipping & Handling:

We offer first class shipping on all US orders. Standard shipping is estimated to be delivered 3-5 business days (M-F) after the order is processed. If you are in need of a rush order, please email us through our website and we will try to accommodate your needs (additional charges apply).

 

Refund/Exchange Policy

Your business is very important to us and we gladly accept returns and offer exchanges of unused and unworn merchandise strictly within 7 days of receipt of the order.  

All sales are final on sale/discounted items. 

If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise, please contact us. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit. Damages to items must be reported within 7 days of receipt and prior to wearing the item. We strictly adhere to this policy.  Returned items must be unworn/unwashed with original tags and packaging.  Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the items IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT return items without contacting us first. 

To request a return or exchange, please contact us from our contact us page. Please specify if you would like a return or exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for something else in the store, please include that items name.

Include this information in your email:

1. Your order number, name and payment information
2. Name of item/s to be returned.
3. Reason for return/exchange.

You will receive an email notification when we process your return or exchange.  You will be credited the paid amount - 20% restocking fee and the original cost of ship/handling.  Please allow 20 business days from receipt of returned merchandise.
